I Skibike because I had chronic fatigue, Lyme disease, and fibromyalgia for many years. Finally got too tired and had too much pain to keep going. Plus I couldn’t handle ski boots anymore. My feet were screaming. Now I can SkiBike for hours with very little fatigue. I can sit during the lift lines and cruise down the blue and green runs with very little effort. 

My favorite is ducking in and out of little trees runs off of a main run, or finding a good little jump to push off of. I enjoy the groomers and fresh powder.

The SkiByk SB100 does an amazing job carving through any condition - powder, groomers, crust. It stands me more upright than my old conversion bike, so it’s easier on my back, neck, and shoulders too. The shocks are incredible, so no more jarring my wrists when I land a mini jump. It’s a little bit like riding on butter. My skill level went way up once I got on the SkiByk because it is so easy to control and carve. Fun is all I can say! And I can wear whatever boots make my feet happy. 

New riders? Get the feel of the SkiByk by pressing down on the pedal of the direction you want to go. I find if I want to carve right, I put a little pressure and lean on that right pedal, and boom - my turn starts. It’s that simple. 

This is a much bigger and heavier bike than my conversion bike, but because it is so easy to handle down the mountain, it feels lighter and easier to ride (it’s probably those blessed shocks!) It sits well on the lift too once you get it upright.

Look, I took up mountain biking a few years ago, needed some more activity in my life. But then winters were depressing at best because I couldn't ride. I used to ski and snowboard in my youth (I'm 48 now), and finally had to get my kids exposed to snow sports (I live in Colorado, and not taking your kids skiing or snowboarding is almost blasphemy). I skied for half a season but was kind of bored, and kept getting hurt. Then I saw a ski bike. I was sold. I rode a couple shoddy home built bikes, then earlier this season, discovered SkiByk's. I loved it so much, my friend and I started a rental company in Denver to rent SkiByk's. It was the easiest snow sport I have ever learned, in fact, when I teach people, my main warning is that it is so easy to learn, you will get cocky quick, so be careful. I haven't been on skis since the day I rode a SkiByk, I think that says it all. Not to mention it is so much easier on my aging body. I have to mention too, as a mountain biker, I have to have quality in my equipment. The SkiByk is a solid and quality piece of equipment. And the customer service when ordering our personal bikes and our rental fleet was/is awesome. They stand by their product. Winter mountain biking? The dream.

My wife and I purchased 2 SnoGo ski bikes at the beginning of the season. We rode them twice. What we discovered is that we did not like them at all. And then promptly sold them.
So we did a little more research and landed on SkiByk's. If you're looking for the feel and fun of a Mountain Bike on snow. Then SkiByk is what you need. On top of that, Chris goes far above what is necessary for customer service. We got the shipment promptly, and he answered 1000 stupid questions along the way.

I can't say how pleased I am with my Skibyk! I highly recommend this product... it really rips! I love it on the steeps, in the glades, on the jumps or just taking turns. It carves great on hard surfaces (I'm from the northeast) as well as in the soft stuff. Awesome customer service and support right from the point of purchase. I had not been able

to enjoy skiing due to knee injuries, but now my Skibyk lets me get back on the slopes...I'm so happy!

This is my third ski bike. My first two bikes being conversions. The SkiByk is a very well-made machine. The geometry Really makes a huge difference from the past conversion bikes that I’ve had. Making it easy to carve out good turns. I’m a bigger rider. I’m 6 foot 240 pounds and the bike suits me well due to the adjustments in the suspension. I would just recommend finding a seat that suits you and what is comfortable for your body type. I would class myself as a intermediate rider. I did put this bike through the test and it passed with flying colors. The customer service at SkiByk has been absolutely awesome! They really strive to have good relations with their customers. I highly recommend this bike to anyone at any skill that wants to try a great new snow sport.

I needed an alternative to skiing due to back and neck injuries... and I found Skibyk.

First the bike: it looks even better in person. It rides great and it's light 

weight makes handling excellent.

Second customer service: I e-mailed 3 ski bike manufacturers. Chris responded same day. I never heard from the other 2. We had a meet setup for me to try a bike after a few days or so of talking. So today Jan 1 2019 I bought my bike after a day of carving the mountain with Chris. If that's no the best customer service I don't know what is...

Lastly on day one I was going down the intermediate runs having a blast. I would highly recommend if your curious try it.
